In the Vitally project, I collaborated closely with product manager, design lead, UX writer, engineering, and researchers to translate both business and user needs into visual and interaction designs. I developed numerous UI designs and prototypes throughout multiple sprints with three fellow designers. Our primary focus was on workers in Japan. I conducted beta tests and interviews with Japanese workers, synthesizing the collected data, which led to refined and optimized prototypes. Also, we conducted unmoderated beta tests with over 100 Japanese workers; consequently, 93% of respondents found the product beneficial. Recognizing the cultural differences between Japan and America, I also played a role in bridging that gap.
